Refund Policy
At Horanadu Malige, we take pride in delivering the highest quality spices and products. Every item is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
We currently do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at maligehoranadu@gmail.com, providing your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged during transit or if an incorrect item was delivered. Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or delays caused by courier or external factors beyond our control.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you opt for a replacement, we will ship the correct or new item to you at no additional cost.
We request that all returned products remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
